The grapes for this 100% Barossa Shiraz are from the vineyards in the heart of the Barossa Valley. The wine, with French oak treatment, had 6 days fermentation on skins under controlled temperature to extract colour and tannins. A superb example of Barozza Shiraz that will reward cellaring.
