Terms of Sale:

It is a requirement of the Office of the Liquor and Gaming Commissioner that all sales in South Australia comply with the following:

  1. The sale of liquor may only be made to persons over the age of 18. Date of birth may be requested as proof of age.
  2. The liquor is not delivered to unattended premises.
  3. The liquor is delivered to the purchaser or a person nominated by the purchaser. In either case the person must be over the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested.
