Terms of Sale
It is a requirement of the Office of the Liquor and Gaming Commissioner that all sales in South Australia comply with the following:
- The sale of liquor may only be made to persons over the age of 18. Date of birth may be requested as proof of age.
- The liquor is not delivered to unattended premises.
- The liquor is delivered to the purchaser or a person nominated by the purchaser. In either case the person must be over the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested.
- On your first purchase, try the bonus bottle(s) of wine free. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us for the return of the remaining case, along with a full refund. No questions asked. YOU CAN’T GET BETTER THAN THAT!
